Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the Hillside Journal submission email journalsubmission@hillside.edu.np . Detailed instructions and templates are available on the journal’s website.

Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
 The manuscript is original, has not been published elsewhere, and is not under consideration by another journal.
 The corresponding author is clearly identified in the manuscript.
 The submission file is in Microsoft Word format.
 The manuscript is written in UK English and formatted using the Hillside Journal template.
 All references comply with Hillside Journal referencing style.
 The authors agree to publish the article under the regulation of Hillside Journal.
